Troubleshooting

Message or problem	What to do
“Cannot reach the server”	Radmin VPN is off, you aren’t in the network, or the server is off. Check #🟢-status-servidor on Discord.
“Invalid ID or wrong password”	Check your ID and password (the ID has at least 5 letters/numbers). Change the password with /senha on Discord.
The server shows “in maintenance”	The Staff is updating the server. Discord announces when it’s back.
The launcher says a file is corrupted	Click Verify files in the launcher: it downloads only what is wrong again.
Your antivirus deleted or blocked something	Add the game folder to the Windows Defender exclusions and click Verify files.
Forgot the second password (4 digits)	Talk to the Staff.
