• Quests: the reward EXP goes fully to your partner; the Tamer gets a tenth of it.
• EXP Crystal (from Tanemon’s Gift): takes your partner straight to level 10.
• Attribute/element EXP bars at 100%: click the bar to trade it for the matching Data item.
